Non-display of low-current rays in cathode iterations

Suppressing rays that have a low current.

During the first or later iterations when a cathode is in use the program usually does not trace rays that have a current density less than 0.000001mA/mm**2 for thermionic cathodes or 0.01mA/mm**2 for field emission or Schottky cathodes.

The program does this to avoid tracing unimportant rays.

This can of course also be achieved by defining the cathode carefully.

The omission of the low current rays can however be disabled, by using the button at the bottom of the 'Sources of Rays…' screen. All the rays are then traced.
