Printing from the Help pages or the User`s Guide.
The current displayed section of Help can be printed by clicking on the 'Print' item on the top bar.
It is not possible for the user to print the whole of the Help file in one operation.
The Help file is derived from the following sources, some of which are included in the CPO packages and so can be directly printed from:
(1) The User`s Guide, which is available to the user as the Word file guide.doc.
(2) The general 'notes' that used to be given at the ends of the 'standard' data files cpo2d.dat and cpo3d.dat.
(3) The more specialised notes at the ends of the test, example and shape data files.
