Superseded in Oct 2012 by shap2d04, with users equations.
The inner electrode has a radius of 1 in the rho-z plane, is centred at (r,z) = (0.5,0), and is an arc of angle 120 degrees. The outer electrode has a radius of 1.5. An arbitrary double-aperture lens is placed near the entrance of the analyzer, and another at the exit.
