The input data file is:
x = plane of rectangle (put x or y or z at beginning of line) READ (1,*) plane
0. = x, plane_coordinate
0. -1.E-3 5.E-4 0. = y1, z1, y2, z2 = ends of diagonal, see below
8 = Ny, an integer, number of divisions along y side
10 = Nz, an integer, number of divisions along z side
2.0 = py, power factor of y side, for degree of concentration
2.0 = pz, power factor of z side, for degree of concentration
2 = nv, an integer, voltage number
10. = maximum width-to-length ratio, same as in main data file
