Manual removal of selected segments.

When an electrode is subdivided into segments all their details are put into the processed data file, in a form suitable for re-use in an input data file.

These details start after the line that contains ‘start of processed data’. In principle the details of all the segments generated by a 3D cylinder, say, can be used to replace the 7 lines that define the cylinder in the original input data file.

More usefully, selected segments could be deleted from the list before the details are re-used, for example to create a hole in the cylinder.
