How to purchase
Ordering direct is a short email exchange. Tell us what you need and we will invoice you; your licence keys are released as soon as payment arrives. Where we have a regional partner, you can order through them instead.
The process
Four steps from quotation to keys
Specify what you need
Use the quotation and pricing pages to choose your editions, quantities and any academic discount. Not sure which edition fits your work? Contact us first and we'll advise.
Send us your order
Email us the package and quantities you'd like, who the software should be registered to, and whether you're claiming academic pricing. We'll email back an invoice.
Pay the invoice
We accept online payments and direct bank transfers. Bank details are printed on the invoice - please quote the invoice number with your transfer.
Receive your keys
Once payment has arrived we can release your licence keys immediately, along with links to the current installers.
What to include in your order email
- The package (edition) and quantities you need
- Who the software should be registered to - name and company or institution
- The email address for the registration
- Whether you're claiming academic pricing
Academic discount
The 25% academic discount is for educational, non-profit use, and the software must be registered to an academic institution and an email address at that institution - a university or non-industrial research institute.
Ways to pay
Bank transfer · Visa · Amex · JCB · Maestro. Most purchasing departments accept our referenced PDF quotation as a pro-forma while the paperwork goes through.
Buying through a partner
Partners sell the same licences at the same published prices, quoted in local currency with local invoicing and procurement - useful when your institution can't buy from abroad:
